All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Duties, taxes and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, I am not responsible for any damages or lost parcels. All orders are packed with care and include shipping protection.

All Canadian orders over $500 include free shipping. International orders may have additional costs such as duties, taxes and fees which must be paid for by the customer. All paintings come with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.

I cannot ship to the following countries:

• Belarus, Haiti, Israel, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, West Bank and Gaza Strip, and Yemen.

• USA due to unclear tariff rules (as of 8/29/2025).

If your country is not listed at checkout or if you are not able to proceed once you have entered your shipping details, that means I am currently not shipping to your country. Sorry for the inconvenience.

For all custom paintings the timeframe will vary depending on how big or complex the project is. Details will be discussed with clients prior to starting any project.

For all pre-made items, orders can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be shipped. Customers will receive a tracking number by email shortly after. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me by email and I will get back to you.
