Reference Images & Artistic Process Disclaimer

Some artworks created by Sarah Lytle Art are based on or inspired by client-provided reference images, including photographs of vehicles.

All finished pieces are original, hand-painted works of art created by the artist. They are not reproductions, prints, or mechanically generated copies of any image.

Reference images are used solely as visual guidance for composition, proportion, lighting, and subject accuracy. The final artwork is independently interpreted and painted by hand, and may include artistic adjustments or stylistic variation. These differences are intentional and form part of the artist’s creative process.

Sarah Lytle Art does not claim ownership of any reference photographs provided by clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permission to use any images submitted for commissioned work.

All commissioned artwork is intended for personal display and enjoyment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any vehicle manufacturers, brands, or third parties that may appear in reference imagery. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

By commissioning or purchasing artwork, clients acknowledge and agree that the final piece is an original artistic interpretation and not an exact replica of any reference image.
