Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days for ready-made artwork.
For commissioned or custom artwork, processing times vary depending on the scope of the piece. Estimated timelines will be discussed and confirmed prior to purchase.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, or customs delays.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Large or original pieces may be shipped using reinforced packaging or custom crates when necessary.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at sarahlytleart@gmail.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
Commissioned Artwork Shipping
For commissioned pieces once final payment has been received, the painting will be shipped out. Customers will be notified by email with shipping details and tracking information.
